Over the course of 5 months, photographers who choose to be apart of the Elena S Blair Photography Mastermind will transform their business and themselves. Although every experience is different we have seen so many talented photographers grow in ways that sometimes even surprise themselves. In this blog series we will highlight Alumni who have completed the photography mastermind and allow them to discuss what their personal experience was like. What cohort were you a part of? I was apart of Level 1 – Cohort 4.

What your favorite part of the mastermind?

My favorite part (besides spending time with the amazing Elena herself) was hands down the community! I looked forward to our weekly meetings and loved getting to know all the amazing artists/women from so many different photography genres and locations.

What are some changes or improvements that you have seen in your business since joining and completing the mastermind?

Elena truly helped me to understand what niches spoke to my heart and where my focus needed to be. My new website has gained more traction with all the changes implemented and I expect it to continue as I focus on my SEO (one of my big goals for 2023).

What are some changes or improvements that you have seen in your habits, lifestyle, confidence, and spirituality that you have seen in yourself since joining and completing the mastermind?

For me, imposter syndrome is real! With Elena’s teachings, I’m much more confident as an artist and strive to be the best version of myself daily. I find myself practicing her mindfulness exercises when I’m feeling anxious and to really focus on being in the present moment. Work/life balance is essential!

How would you describe the retreat experience.

Life changing! I have social anxiety (especially in group settings) but Elena has a magical gift to curate and bring together the most amazing group of women. Going into it, I didn’t know what to expect. It was seriously the best experience for myself and my business. I left feeling inspired, motivated, relaxed but most of all, so loved by my lifelong friends. My heart and soul were full beyond measure. 2 weeks later and I’m still having retreat withdrawls. Take me back! 🙂

What would you tell someone to help them take the leap and join the Mastermind? What words of encouragement do you think they need?

Joining Elena’s Mastermind was the best investment for not only my business but for me personally. Elena’s organic approach to business really sets her apart from the rest. She truly connects with you on a deeper level. And at the same time, you learn so much about your true self enabling you to grow exponentially, personally and professionally. Don’t hesitate, just do it. It will change your life!

What are you working on right now? What is something that you are excited about in your life and biz? 

SEO! I’m digging deep and determined to ramp up my SEO /marketing. I’m excited to see what impact it will make (along with all the tools that Elena has taught us) on my business in 2023.

Anything else you want to share?

Elena connects with each and every one of us on a human level. She creates a safe space to be vulnerable with her Mastermind and her retreat is just the icing on the cake. My life is forever changed and grateful for Elena.
