Over the course of 5 months, photographers who choose to be apart of the Elena S Blair Photography Mastermind will transform their business and themselves. Although every experience is different we have seen so many talented photographers grow in ways that sometimes even surprise themselves. In this blog series we will highlight Alumni who have completed the photography mastermind and allow them to discuss what their personal experience was like. Keep reading to see the thoughts of today’s Alumni, Rebecca Lueck.

What cohort were you a part of? I was apart of Level 2 – Cohort 1.

What your favorite part of the mastermind?

I loved learning from Elena weekly. I work great with small tasks that I can implement quickly and that is what I was able to do. Elena is so kind and generous with her knowledge and never holds anything back. She truly wants her students to succeed!

What are some changes or improvements that you have seen in your business since joining and completing the mastermind?

Since I joined Elenas Level 2 mastermind, I have set up some great lead magnets, created 2 courses, and am seeing tons of growth in my business!

What are some changes or improvements that you have seen in your habits, lifestyle, confidence, and spirituality that you have seen in yourself since joining and completing the mastermind?

Before this mastermind, I thought that manifestation was super woo-woo but I have since realized that its actually really amazing! If you visualize yourself succeeding, then you are more likely to work towards that goal and actually achieve it. I has helped me a lot! My confidence has definitely grown since joining Elena’s mastermind.

How would you describe the retreat experience.

I was able to attend two of Elena’s mastermind retreats and they have been the best experiences ever! Not only do I learn a ton every time, but I also make such great connections with some of the best women ever! The locations are always dreamy, and I can’t say enough good things about the entire experience. I’ve been to larger photography conferences but there is something special about a smaller group of very like-minded people. At the last retreat, I was able to go a few days early to explore and do a shootout with some of the other photographers I met at the first retreat. The friendships I’ve built are so amazing and I can’t wait to see some of them at the next one!

What would you tell someone to help them take the leap and join the Mastermind? What words of encouragement do you think they need?

Elena has so much knowledge and is happy to share with you anything and everything. She’s seriously an open book. So if you are feeling nervous about the investment, just know that it is worth it and she will help you with anything you are struggling with in your business!

What are you working on right now? What is something that you are excited about in your life and biz? 

I just created a location scouting course that I’m super excited about! I’ve gotten great feedback from my students and I wouldn’t have done it without Elena’s help and her encouragement. I was also asked to teach at a big online retreat, and I feel like my confidence has really helped to make that happen. And Elena can take the credit for a lot of that confidence!
